MTN business contract with GT Watch

Really disappointed in the recent advent in trying to track down our Huawei GT Watch, that was included in our 2 x new contracts taken out, on MTN business in March. When we asked the MTN consultant, they claimed to know nothing about it. After 5 calls to the call centre, where my query was shrugged off by consultants who knew nothing about it...I finally got through to a lady who told me to claim the watches through the website. After scouring MTN and Huawei websites, I could not find anything. It was only when I found a broadband.co.za article, was I made aware of the huaweipromo.co.za website. Needless to say...the promo has long expired and I can longer claim the watches. Our order placement letter, with MTN, clearly stated our application for the huawei mate 20 pro with GT Watch...it is seriously disappointing that we were left in the dark over how to obtain these. I imagined they would just be delivered with the phones. Super annoyed. Please do the right thing and provide what we rightfully app****, and contracted for.
