MTN Business contract renewal

The most disgusting and diappointing service I have ever received from any business in my lifetime. I have now phoned 7 times and held on for over 2 1/2 hours over those calls. I have been cut off 7 times and my last call before being cut off I had been transferred 8 times through the same departments. At the beginning of each call I am told that it is being recorded, I would love a senior member of MTN management to listen to my calls and tell me how their company is still in business as mine would not be if I treated my clients like this!!! This casll has now gone dead after 8 tranfers and 47 minutes on the line. MTN you should be ashamed!!!
