MTN business choose to ignore your complaints

Our company cellphones were transferred from Nashua Mobile (when they closed down) to MTN.
Since then we have had nothing but problems trying to deal with MTN.

We had a call limit in place with Nashua of R 500.
For two months in a row we received ridiculously high bills from MTN.
Roughly R 18 000 over two months.
Upon complaining and asking for a credit nothing was granted.
We have asked for proof of signed contracts with MTN but have been ignored.

The attitude from MTN has been that of WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS, THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO, SHUTUP AND WE WILL TAKE YOUR DEBIT ORDER.

Stay away from MTN as all you will get is **********!
We plan to move over to Cell C ASAP.
