MTN Business awful service

Since last year, October has been trying to transfer contract from our other business until today it has not been done. This lady Charmaine Shikwambana has been so ******** and confused. Last, after she sent me an email saying the transfer as the account was currently on its billing cycle, it was going to be processed Next week Monday the 02 November did not happen. Yesterday she sent me another email again, the transfer request has been submitted and will automatically be finalized after the billing cycle of the business. Once completed customer will be notified. I asked her when is the billing cycle and she chose to ignore me, I even told her it is now 6 months trying to do this transfer, this will end up costing my job and I have the contracts I want to add but she did not reply my email.
