MTN bunch of *****s

I had a cellphone contract with MTN and 24 months ended in March 2023 , I called and emailed that I dont want to upgrade they must cancel. They sent me a balance statement which I paid and it showed closed on experian and now suddenly im handed over. MTN please update your systems and fix your mistakes because I dont owe you nothing I have all the proof and emails
