MTN bully their customers

I received a e-mail from MTN stating that my contract has come to the end of its term. I am now treated as a month to month subscriber and my monthly payment of R260 will now increase to R1015.26 with even less benefits than before. By visiting a MTN store is useless since they cannot help you, you have to call to get it cancelled. calling twice and holding on for 15 minutes at a time seems fruitless since nobody what the call Champion will take your call. i had the same experience with Vodacom a year ago and had to close my bank account to get it stopped. but then they list you as a poor payer. It is time the big companies are reminded who made them big since they now bully the customers. A one star rating is too much for these bullies.
