MTN Bullies

I was forced to do a tariff migration end of January - the lady on the phone said I had no choice. End of Feb MTN took nearly double what I was paying on my 2 year contract. Now to try switch back to my initial contact I will be charged (I was charged for the tariff migration which I didn't want)! When I call in to ask them how much I will be charged no-one can tell me! They tell me we will only know once they have actually taken the money!!!! Then its too late and I will never get that money back.
