MTN Bullies

With all that is happening in the world I missed a payment. My devise is broken so I insert the sim into another shared device occasionally. I receive a mail now with a demand to pay early cancellation, but I have had no previous correspondence at all. How dare you send me this without any prior correspondence. Not even a statement. I want to keep this contract and contact me on *** immediately as MTN are now being bullies without sending necessary documentation.
