MTN Bull****ery

I've had the worst experience with MTN. Took a new contract with them 2 years ago and only had my caller ID active a year later. Now I'm trying to cancel my contract and nobody has been able to do it. I've placed my cancelation request 3 months in advance and now it seems that the consultants that I've spoken to has misinformed me regarding my cancelation. I've now spoken to 2 consultants and spent more time on hold rather than getting the assistance I need. They've both dropped the call on me and never bothered calling me back. Now on the day of cancelation, still no help. Perfect customer service if you ask me.
