MTN Bull**** 🚮

I had contract with MTN for two years but after what I've experienced well I wouldn't advice anyone to go to MTN and take their products on contract... Because they do not honor their agreement and their Treatment to us as customers is useless when it comes to their call center so I decided to terminate my contract due to personal reasons and they said I should pay the cancelation fee which I did pay on the 23/09/2022 and everything was suppose to be canceled within 24 hours n I kept calling n calling after I have proof of payment n everything but they kept on transferring my calls until this year I nvr got help but I was like owk my contract is ending 19th March 2023 so it's owk.. Guess what the contract has ended but they keep on sending me statements n reminders that I owe certain amount and when I go to MTN to verify everything the guy who was helping me said yes they will charge me as long as I'm still receiving Data n minutes which they will keep recharging until 6 months but I'm like who gave them the permission to continue no one, so he said I should call them to close the account yet I've been calling n they keep transferring my calls n hanging up so can you please help because I do not wanf to have my name on bad books because of something that I don't even owe anything. I just want my name to be cleared on their side and I'll throw away their Sim I won't use it...I'm even on another network now because wow
