MTN BS

Ordered a home wifi package on 29 Oct. MTN immediately debited my acc for the pro rata October amount plus for next month.

Mtn then handed over to Dsv coureirs. Checked this morning 31 October 2024 and my delivery has been marked "failed". Sent an email early this to dsv this morning. Was told to complain to mtn directly.

I send an email to Mtn. Their response was to forward my email to Dsv. But dsv firstly referred me back to mtn. So going in circles and passing the buck. Oct is finished but i had to pay pro rata for October!! 😢😢😢
