Mtn:Broken promises, Horrible serivce...

<p>I have been a client of mtn for many years now and on the fifth of December 2016 I was called by an mtn consultant because he saw that my phone was due for an upgrade. I agreed to take up a voice and data package, towards which the guy said I will pay R199.00 per month (for 2gb of data, 100sms's and 100mins) and receive a 2 months payment breather (I think they call it).</p> <p>The consultant told me that the contract term starts same day. come deduction day mtn has been charging me R314 since. I have called their call centre to no end with no resolution. I still get overcharged and I still get worked out and hot after each call.</p>
