MTN Broke my Phone!

<p>I sent my Nokia 950xl in for repairs a few months back. everything was fine on the phone except for the software being faulty on it.</p> <p>they called me a few weeks later saying i can come collect it.</p> <p>On recieving the phone i noticed the battery had swolled up 4x its original size.</p> <p>i refused to take the phone back as that was not how the battery was. and the staff member that checked the phone in also remembered it not being like that.</p> <p>they contacted me a few weeks later saying their repair centre had advised that they cannot do anything about that.</p> <p>i then went back into MTN and spoke to the manager. He too agreed that this was not cool and sent the repair centre a mail. it has been around 1 month and they have not contacted me back!</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i called them to speak to the manager and they keep me waiting on the phone for 30Mins and no one comes back on the phone!</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely Pathetic Serivce!!!!!!</p>
