MTN Brits mall: Worst customer service!

MTN brits mall : Very Poor customer service from a consultant named Dineo Mokotedi!

I decided to buy a new cell phone on the 11/02/2022 as a cash deal since I no longer wanted a contract. As I entered the store there was no one to welcome me or to help me out. Two other consultants were busy with customers while Dineo Mokotedi (the third consultant) was ignoring me while she was busy on her cell phone. I had to approach her to ask if the cell phone I was looking was available in stock, she then said the phone is available. I asked her to check the price for me. She took a catoulouge and couldn't find the price of the cell phone I was looking for. She then ignored me. I had to beg her to check online/ on the system for the price. She gave me an attitude and checked as if I was forcing her.

I then later paid for the cellphone, she made me to sign an invoice/document without even bothering to explain what that was for. She did not even bother to orienatate me through the cellphone package, what it includes/ instructions on how to operate the phone. I'm so disappointed!!!!! I've been to telkom, vodacom and cellc stores at Brits mall but I have never received such humiliation,rudeness and disrespect.
