Mtn brits mall poor customer service

I went to mtn at brits mall and the experience there was so so bad. Well there was an old man there who had done a sim swamp last week Tuesday at the shop and he went to ask for further assistance, he was assisted by the lady named Natashe who was so rude to him and demanded that he should only speak English so that she can understand him and even went to as far as repeating that she doesn't speak tshwana in afrikaans. The old man asked me to help him translate and I refused as the shop has to have someone who speaks tswana or any other language to assist other customers who have language barrier. The old man left the shop without getting any assistance as he couldn't speak English.
