MTN bring back my number

I'm having a bad experience and in a very abusive 3 months relationship with mtn. My problems started on the 25th of August 2022 when mtn took my number *** which I have been using for more than 15 years and mistakenly gave it to a vuyokazi phillips on contract. Apparently this happened at an MTN branch is parow center

Vuyokazi Phillips numbers are ***. They using her profile but they put my number there on a contract whilst I was on prepaid. I have been calling and sending emails for them to correct the issue but have been failing.

As a result my number is suspended and I'm losing big on the job I'm doing. My life is literally stuck.

Their 083 135 number is not assisting me. Went to their store in Heidelberg mall got assisted but for a month, they closedmy number again. Went to their store in Litchinburg mall no assistance. Called 5 times in their ***** line, they say it's not a ***** case, couldn't get their credit department to swop the numbers. I need my life back and I'm not being assisted.

I can't understand how they took a number that is used daily and loading airtime everything and give it to someone else on contract?

I can't log on my banking app I can't do watsap cant send and receive calls. Can someone explain what is this if it's not torture?
