MTN bring back my airtime

I have been on endless calls, given multiple references and yet no solution.

MTN KEEPS DEPLETING MY AIRTIME AND YET NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT IT WAS USED ON. I RECHARGE NOW AND IN 10 MINUTES ITS GONE!!!
