MTN Bring back Manual option to us Customers when DSV drivers come to deliver

I took a contract at MTN I called in when I took my Contract and was approved on the day ,So I had to go to Swaziland last wensday but I couldn't because Dsv was supposed to deliver my device because I don't have any MTN knew cause my previous contract was cancelled so I did an early upgrade today DSV came to deliver my device but he had returned back with my parcel because I couldn't get an OPT number from his device off which he tried several times to sent it to me yet I have to cancel my flight again for the second time so I am really disappointed MTN please I need do something # Thanks to DSV Mlungisi God bless you Brother
