MTN Brentwood Park Benoni, disappointing!!

On Monday the 25th I went to an MTN store to pay my contract, and decided to do an early upgrade the guy who helped me at lakeside mall was friendly and gave me different options but the device I wanted wasn't available. I then called a branch in Brentwood Park Benoni to enquire on the device, the lady I spoke to (an Indian lady) said it's available and I can come through to check and do the application.

I got there and she then proceeded to do the application, I was conditionally approved she then said she will email the vetting department to check if they can increase my score/amount so that I can get the device. And will give me feedback, I was fine with that.

Since then she has not been informing me, I had to constantly call the branch to find out the progress, she will then say she'll follow up and come back to me, of which she was not doing. Yesterday I called again she was off and left a message, she didn't bother to call me today, had to call again and I was told by her that she can't find my copies (identification copies) but she'll revise the application again. I then said please cancel my application cause I'm not happy with your service and she's like it's fine I can try else where.

Please educate your employees about treating clients fairly and not keep promises they can't keep, and again to keep clients documents safe,

I wasted my time and petrol going to that store, very disappointed with her service.

Nothing was done for me at all.
