MTN Bredasdorp - NO SERVICE DELIVERY

On Monday Oct, 31, just after 9h00 I went in person to Bredasdorp MTN to hand them all the details of the contract upgrades I am applying for, with all my details, including email address and copy of id. Since then I have not heard a single word from them. This is unacceptable, and mean I must spend my time running around to get an answer from them. It has been two weeks and not Bredasdorp branch, MTN Head Office or their FB Page have bothered to get in touch with me.
