MTN -breaking the law by refusing to provide telephonic recording of contract agreed to

It's been over a month that I have been struggling to get MTN to send me the recording of a telephonic conversation with a sales representative who sold me a black Friday deal in which I agreed to terms and conditions which I later discovered in a branch where erroneous. I ONLY received data and not minutes as agreed to over the phone. The last advice received in correspondence with their complaints division was to take the matter up with ICASA as they cant find the recording. Can you believe it. Even though they are happy to take my money without any proof of an agreement and when they should by law keep records and provide these telephonic records on request. This must clearly be *******.
