MTN breaking promises - absolutely terrible service

We app**** for an internet contract on Thursday, 7 December, at MTN Stellenbosch Eikestad with the promise of at least receiving our working router on Saturday (as there were a few more admin things to sort out). We are still waiting, even after returning to the store every day, only to be told that they could not manage to activate the router. This is absolutely terrible service, and if we do not receive our router tomorrow (5days overdue) we will be cancelling our application and looking for better service elsewhere. MTN does not deliver as promised.
