Mtn breaking popia act

My father has been dead for 2 years as of the 31/07/25 and now I am somehow receiving his statement for outstanding accounts. I have been reporting it for 2 years now and I called in today and they tell me to email. I have emailed and still nothing. I am no reminded of his death and the terrible nature behind it. This has also now infringed on the poppia act by gaining personal info and sending personal info of someone else without permission

Can someone please help me with this.
