MTN breaking NCA rules

I have been waiting for five days to cancel my contract. MTN does not want to give me cancellation figures so that I can move to CELL C. I have called 4 times to have my matter excalated and i am getting no where. MTN is therefore forcing me to remain with them. I have been requesting these figures for a week and I have been informed by a MTN supervisor Asief Ayub that they are not able to help me. It must be againse NCA rules to force someone to remain with a service provider and not allow them to buy themselves out of a contract. MTN must not make their problems mine. I want figures and someone needs to give them to me i want to move to CELL C TODAY. My reference number with MTN is #***3
