MTN breaking law wrt non-compliance with the Consumer Protection Act?

I am sure that MTN does not comply with the Consumer Protection Act by allowing third party services providers to collect money off my MTN account [and making a commission from it in the process]. My contract is with MTN and not these parties. If I want to buy a digital service I will engage directly with the service. These 3rd party ****** are all so sneaky especially online where they try and make Ads look like part of the pages you are browsing and you inadvertently click a button and suddenly you are subscribed. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!

If there is a legal expert on the CPA out there can you please comment on this.
