MTN break phone further and won't return phone

MTN is the worst mobile provider I have ever dealt with. One morning I wake up and my phone won't charge so I take it in for repairs, a month later they respond to say that there are ten different problems with the phone that weren't broken when I sent my phone in for repairs and quoted over R4000 to fix even though I am adamant they broke the phone further. I said thanks but no thanks please return my phone and I will get it fixed somewhere else. It has now been over 2 months since I took my phone in for repairs and it still isn't back from Joburg. MTN you need to sort your **** out as you are the ****test provider I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with
