Mtn breach the contract and not me

my husband took out a contract at Mtn in Jan or Feb this year. we took the phone home on the Monday without a SimCard and returned the phone Thursday that same week... only to find out a month or 2 ago that the Contract was never cancelled. in the meantime Mtn is just continuing with the debit orders of both the NEW CANCELLED CONTRACT AND THE 2 OLD CONTRACTS... this was annoying so I went to my bank and only left enough money (R270) in our account for the old 2 contracts...which is R210 - R240. now after a hell of a long time still fighting for the correction, the useless mtn is just transferring me from one consultant to the other.... without anyone knowing whats going on... I AM NOW IN ARREARS ACCORDING TO ME, BECAUSE THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT MTN MUST FIRST CORRECT THE ERROR AND REFUND ME MY MONEY BEFORE I CAN PAY FOR THE CONTRACT. BOTH MONTHS APRIL AND MAY... I DON'T LIKE BEING BEHIND, I WANT TO BE IN CONTROL...

PLEASE SORT OUT THIS NONSENSE AS I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS CONTRACT TO END....IN ORDER TO CHANGE MY NETWORK AND A FEW OF MY FRIEND ' TOO....

REGARDS
MR AND MRS A JULIES - ***
