Rece8 ed acall from mtn *****s department stated there's a sim swop request for this number hehad all my private detailseve knew how long i have been a client and sent me a otp request to cancel the request. clearly a massive POPIA BREACH. I tried to call to your call center 135 from no answer or and worse where to call center agents just answers and puts down the call directly. Eventually got through only to be told the135 number is wrong and was given a cell number to call *** however non of the options where helping any way. They either a 3rd party or gives you a different number to call thatdont work Clearly you don't value private information of your users, since it gets sold so freely to other ********** and *******.
