MTN Breach Of Contract And Billing *****

This is one of the most shocking business that I have dealt with that wants to ***** my money. I have been on a R20 a month cell phone contract that was initiated by Autopage for 100 Anytime minutes every month. I was last billed this in June. I received a call today with MTN trying to **** me. The sales person indicated that I was paying R145 a month and that she wanted to help me reduce my bill. To my shock she said I was being billed R145 a month. I checked and in July I was billed R145 and this month I have received an invoice for R145. I did not agree on a new contract and not even any notification was sent to me. This is one of the most dishonest businesses that I have ever dealt with and I am considering legal action for breach of contract. MTN you cannot just charge a customer anything that you want. I am also looking to move my cell phone to a more reputable provider(I have been with MTN for more than 10 years). I am completely disgusted with your dishonest practices. The nerve after committing billing ***** to still phone me and try and reduce my phone bill! I am completely disgusted with this company!!!

This must be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. No notification or warning was ever sent to me. It is shocking treatment as I have been a customer for more than 10 years and I will be migrating to another network.

Can you please confirm what I receive for R145 a month. I have only received a 100 anytime minutes. No data and no smses. What exactly am I entitled to for R145?
