MTN Breach of Contract

It's been over 3 years with my issue with MTN and the issue with my cellphone contract is still not resolved.

I asked them to cancel my contract back in 2018, as they did not deliver the phone that was due to me, but they never canceled the contract, although it was in breach from their end.

I decided to stop paying for a contract, as I was not given my device. Instead of MTN resolving the issue, they handed me over to their creditors(MVB and Hammond Pole). I further explained to their creditors of my issue and told them I won't go into a payment arrangement until MTN resolves my issue.

Up to this day, I have been getting calls and messages to pay my contract but there is nothing being mentioned about my device or even canceling the contract, as I have been paying for it since 2017 and stopped paying in 2018 around September.
