MTN BREACH CONFIDENTIALITY AND BAD SUP ATTITUDE

1) MTN allowed access to my itemised billing and call records which were then used against me by ex spouse.
2) I was instructed by court to accompany police to point out my ex spouse to serve court notification of an amended court date and Sales Supervisor Louise humiliated me in the presence of the two Officers and insisted I be arrested. She did not represent the legal department of MTN and she had no right to intervene, especially when legal Officers were in charge of the situation. She also **** to police that I showed up at MTN on numerous occasions. The Officers bear witness to this accusation and I demand footage or witnesses at MTN who can prove that allegation to be true.

MTN had no right to access my account without my authorisation and I demand the reason for this BREACH. MTN staff has no right to intervene in domestic legal issues. As a Client of MTN I feel violated and disrespected. Is this how MTN treat their Customers? Does this mean that I do not have access to Customer services if I have an issue because of my ex spouse being employed at MTN.? I await a response before pursuing legal action against MTN.
