MTN, #Bozza4 Who? Bozza4What? #NotBozza

Hi There, I am new subscriber to MTN, I am on the Made for Me M deal with the galaxy S9+. I started my process to take out my contract on the 16th of March and then was promised that my deal would include the Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro. my contract was approved on the 20th of March but then I was told I my deal does not include the Gear fit 2 pro. This is very very disappointing and super unfair I feel. Reason for me reaching out is that I have had no joy fighting this with the store I got my contract from which is MTN century city. furthermore which is puzzling and even more disappointing the deal is still available with the watch. Can you please explain to me why I am being excluded like this as I was told I don't qualify for this promotion and deal? The main reason I took out this contract was for the Gear Fit 2 Pro!!! In the society of fairness and equality this shouldn't happen don't you agree?

I FB messaged them on the 6 June 10:14AM and besides provide us with personal information that I have done, I have had no responses, You guys are pathetic and I am seriously regretting taking this contract out! I have numerous contracts with Vodacom and have never had any issues, if there were any they were resolved promptly and efficiently with communication every step of the way! YOU ARE NOT A BOZZA NETWORK, STOP FOOLING YOURSELF!
