MTN Bozza ya Masepa

MTN service is so appalling, alot of unprofessional and ***********”Champions”.

I requested an upgrade over 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. Upon numerous complaints, my delivery details are incorrectly captured.

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and the service deteriorates with every service request.
