Mtn Bozza SIM card

I bought a Bozza SIM card on Saturday at MTN store Waterfall Mall and it didn’t work so I went back on Tuesday and I was told that the SIM card was not RICA registered so I submitted all documents again and then RICA the Sim Card for the second time and it is still not working. Yesterday I went for the 3rd time for the same problem and the constant said “ The SIM card is RICA registered but pending” so I ask what’s the way forward because I bought the SIM card with the Bozza data so I can do my work than she said “ There’s nothing she can do and I must talk to the other lady (consultant) who sold me the Bozza SIM card.
