MTN, Bozza Network of HORROR & Incompetence

I previously held an account with MTN, but unfortunately, due to consistent network problems and lack of assistance from the service provider, I made the decision to cancel my debit. It was only after this cancellation that they mentioned I'll be assigned a technician to resolve the issues. However, at that point, I was no longer interested.

As a result of these frustrations, I was handed over to Nu Debt. Despite settling my account on February 20th, 2024, MTN has failed to update my credit profile to date.

Caution: Stay Away From MTN!!
