MTN - Bozza network from hell

ABSOLUTELY USELESS - I closed my contract on the 17thy of May and settled the cancellation fee. MTN owed me a refund which they have still not paid. When I call in to find out the status I get transferred from one useless customer service to another useless accounts person to yet another useless retentions department person. Minenhle Cele the last person who seemed to know his job does not respond to emails nor do he confirm the status of the refund.
