MTN Bozza Gigs - Service level non existent - pathetic customer service

I need to shame MTN for absolutely disgracefully services. I ordered a MTN Bozza gigs starter pack online. Its a 10 gig package that includes 5 gig day and 5 gig night data. It was delivered to me on Monday. It was Rica as requested. I never received my data so i called the call center ( which starts with "how may we brighten up your day" NO YOU ACTUALLY MADE IT WORSE!!! . The 1st Gentlemen never even allowed me to Finnish my story and advised that is not with them and the following number should be called ***. I dailed the number and spoke to the lady and she quickly advised me that i need to call MTN as this is a MTN issue. Yet again i called MTN back and was transferred to no less that 6 people and almost 15 min later no one could assist me. This a recurring data package that is continues on a monthly bases yet i haven't even received my 1st data package and the money have already been paid over so absolutely nothing
