Mtn Bozza gigs **** network data deals

I bought a Bozza gigs starter pack. On the 22 of October 2021 at pep cell .I purchased a R 100 airtime followed the rules of starter pack .I am already a MTN user on no ***. I bought the started pack to make use of the 10gigs for R99 rand .the network confirmed my purchase and then my data dissapered. I pH MTN immediate as no data was showing ,gone .MTN does n know what happen I spoke to 30 service champions . One blames the other one for not logging my case properly . Not one MTN members has pH me back .I'm waiting on my money back or my data. IV received so many reference no. And nothing is being resolved .they also tried telling me that I used all airtime , .how can a customer use night data finish before 12am night. Day light ******* bad service. I went to MTN zevenwaght mall they refuse even to assist me bad skekm . How can my data just dissapear even my change didn't show.
