MTN- boulders shopping centre

Please do something about the boulders shopping centre branch. I went there on a Saturday and waited for 2 hours to be attended only to be informed that the system is not working. I went again on another Saturday and waited for hours still, one of the staff members had his friends over and they were drinking ALCOHOL sitting with him making noise on his desk, they were even playing music in a Bluetooth speaker. Doesn't sound real, right??
