MTN Boulders refused phone swop within 7 days of purchase

MTN Boulders refused for me to swop the new phone (Huawei Y7p) that i have bought cash (R3699) on the 18/01/2021 with another make of the phone as I'm struggling with the settings and is not user friendly for me. It within my rights as a consumer to exchange the goods within the 7 days grace period if I'm not happy. I went to the store yesterday the 20/01/2021 to request the phone to be swopped with another make that is simple for me but the sales consultant refused to assist me. MTN Boulder line *** never get answered for the passed 4 days as i need to speak to the manager of the store. I don't want my money back, i just want another make of the phone that i simple for me.
