MTN Boksburg bad service

I went to MTN Boksburg to upgrade my laptop on the 28 April, she said that they don't have stock so she will order on Tuesday the 2 May and it will be there on Thursday or Friday to be collected. Today is 13 May and still do not have the laptop.
