MTN Boardwalk Richards Bay

The customer service was terrible. I went to MTN in Richards Bay boardwalk, to Rica a simcard and I had some inquiries regarding the importing from one network to another. When I entered the store, I was not greeted. The customer Infront of me went upfront as it was his turn to be helped. He greeted the staff member and he was just stared at. The staff were on their phones and were not very interested in helping customers. I left the store and I got help from a PEP staff member to Rica my SIM. I would not be visiting MTN again.
