MTN Bluff Towers rude consultant

am appalled by the service received from the MTN bluff store

My Fiancé sort assistance from the only available consultant at the time Gift Ngcobo, this representative of MTN was extremely and refused to assist with a sim swap furthermore he made my Flance wait 30 min when she requested to speak to a manager, Gift Ngcobo insisted that fee is required to replace a faulty MTN sim card and did not want to assist with an esim as a replacement, is this in-line with the CPA where a service is being paid for however the benefits are not being received?, a faulty contract sim should be replaced free of charge.

Further more how is Gift Ngcobo able to be employed in a customer facing role when his attitude is disgusting, ignoring a customer and refusing to assist?furthermore his rudeness towards a female customer is quiet concerning. Is this the culture of MTN?

Kindly resolve this issue ASAP before I take this issue to social media
