Mtn Bluff Store

Absolutely disgusted.This shop should actually be closed.The manager there,this young Indian male **** has no respect for customers.My dad had gotten their specials about 2/3 weeks ago for wifi only for them to tell him that there is no stock for the router.Anyway this week he calls them because he hasn't received it.Yesterday I called them they took my number and never got back to me.Today (07/12/2024) told me they have stock my dad can fetch it.He waited there for more than an hour after doing the application they tell him there's another issue they can't validate the router because it was from another store,telling my dad he should come back on Monday not realizing that people work. He eventually canceled it. The manager of the store is a rude brat that should be fired and that store should be closed down because they don't even answer the phone they are Absolutely useless. I think the only reasonable person there is Londiwe. Please everybody do not go there to this store!!!!
