MTN blood in blood out the straggle goes on is there no way i can give them less than one star seriously I never had worst service in my life if any one has followed my story I am still strangling to close my account after I had to pay an account I already closed but there lame excuse of a staff never closed my account and went in to arrears for a service I never agreed upon and never used now my house bond lies in the hands of these *****'s in the first place i would have never paid for there silly business ethics by robbing clients that leave there lame service they are holding my house bond hostage Friday (7.06.2019) they said if i pay ill get my paid up letter today (11.06.2019) and when i called today they told me that ill only get my paid up letter in 7 working days from today my husband is doing all of his research and we will get our story out how many people has fallen victim to these crimes I already have 3 people that I know that had this problem and if I lose the house I app**** for due to this mess called MTN ill put in all my money I would have spend on house bond in bringing MTN with the support of all the victims and there competition who's willing to help and i still cant believe that there so called Complaints Management Team Zanele Mazibuko that never had the audacity of saying "Thank you for your post.
