MTN blood in blood out contracts you will never escape

worst worst service provider ever its worst than being in a numbers gang blood in blood out sound like a joke right but no my story is that I had contracts with MTN for 6 years (3 of 24 months each) and since my last contract ended I didn't want to upgrade they called me almost every day and i told them I am not interested my husband took out a contract from Cell C now that me and my husband want to go for a house bond on the itc MTN shows as behind with payments and i was in MTN store and they couldn't pick up my account they gave me MTN legal departments contact and they send me around and around to lawyers and they couldn't even help me know one has my account and everyone can see I don't owe them a sent but cant give me a paid up letter that's all I need to apply for my bond and if I get rejected on my bond due to MTN bad service ill have to take legal steps and more if i have to
