MTN Bloemfontein pathetic service delivery

Extremely unhappy with MTN. Been struggling to migrate my home LTE wifi. Keep getting the runaround from numerous branches who all refer me to Louis Aucump, who I am never able to reach. I have sent numerous emails, however am still met with no response nor any service from MTN. Staff at MTN whitehouse very unprofessional and not keen on resolving customers needs and this whilst MTN is promoting their “customer service” week! I have sent an email to client complaints department and only received a response after 2 weeks and have been directed to visit a branch yet again. This response offers no solution to my problem which was fully detailed. Very disappointed in the lack of service.
