MTN Blocking Ports on Fifa 18

I have requested the MTN VPN Apn to be activated on my SIM as recently all of my ports have been closed and my NAT being very strict. I can not connect to my camera's at home, play online games, and make Skype and WhatsApp calls; basically, almost everything that I do online I am getting timed out.

It is now 2 weeks later and this service has not been activated on my SIM. I have called 1555 and 808 more than 5 times these past two weeks, they all requested me to wait for 2 - 48 hours before it is activated and that the previous person that I requested it from didn't activate anything. EVERY CALL TAKES 30 - 45MIN OF MY TIME!!!

For the past week, I had to use a different service provider with prepaid bundles. All other service providers have open ports without requesting it, so I don't understand what is happening with MTN. I can't wait to be out of this contract.
