MTN blocking phone AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Dinesh Kowlasar,
You helped me regarding a query about MTN cutting my phone although I had paid my account. You informed me that a lady by the name of Vuyo (I think) would call me from MTN to discuss payment queries.
I paid R800 on the last day of last month. You managed to help me by getting my phone unblocked as MTN claimed i owe a further R800 (WHICH I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT - MTN CLAIMS IT'S A PAYMENT THAT'S BEEN DUE SINCE INCEPTION OF MY PHONE CONTRACT WHICH WAS OVER 4 MONTHS AGO).
TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED AN SMS STATING MY PHONE WILL BE CANCELLED/BLOCKED TOMORROW PENDING LEGAL ACTION>
AGAIN MY POINT IS I'VE PAID + ITS BEFORE DATE OF DEBIT ORDER!!!!!
IM REALLY EMOTIONALLY BANKRUPT BY MTN
