MTN blocked wrong phone i am left with no phone

Contacted Mtn to block my lost cellphone and provided them with IMEI no but the agent from MTN blocked the number i was calling from you now i am seating with phone that is blocked I can’t make nor receive calls, i visited the MTN in clear water mall and it was confirmed that wrong phone was blocked by Hlakata from mtn and he was contacted to unblock but unfortunately i have to wait 24hours to have my phone back . I am so inconvenienced and i am using a business contract, my work cant call me and i cant call them. I am so disappointed by mtn agents so *********** and lack training i am expected to pay business contract and my phone is blocked by mistake .who do we trust if you guys employe ppl who don't know work
